Spencer is an award-winning real estate agent based in Laguna Beach. He chose his profession after traveling the world extensively and being inspired by the experiences and people he met along the way. Spencer, licensed since 2002 has gradually rose up the ranks. His annual sales volume ranked him in the company’s top ½ of 1% of real estate agents Nationwide.

Recently, Spencer served as Director of the Laguna Beach Board of REALTORS® within it’s nearly 800 licensed members. Spencer now ranks within the top agents locally in terms of annual sales volume. His business philosophy is both contemporary and steadfast.

Trust. Spencer works closely with each client he represents. His approach is one of collaboration, his highest priority being to meet his client’s goals. “When we first connect, I learn what you want to accomplish. From there, we stay in cadence until that happens” says Spencer.

Personal. Outside of real estate, Spencer’s greatest priority is his family. With his wife Ryan and three young sons, they spend time outdoors as often as possible. With the beautiful local beaches, parks and activity options, they feel privileged to call Laguna Beach home.
